CANCELLATION POLICY

Your booking fee is non-refundable, but goes towards the total amount of of your appointment. You have up to 24 hours before your appointment to cancel, if you cancel within the 24hrs you will be charged 25% of your service you have booked. If you no call, no show then you will be charged 50% of the service that you booked. If I have not heard from you by 15 mins after your appointment time you will be considered a no call, no show.
